-About Iron Thunder cycles LLC

  • Iron Thunder Cycles is a motorcycle shop located in Raleigh NC. We service all motorcycles of all types. "It's not what you ride it's that you ride" That's what's important to us. We do specialize in Harley davidson motorcycles but we are not limited to them. We have a 25 year in the business technician named Warren he has owned and worked on some of most unique bikes in the world and I trust my reputation with him there is nothing he can't fix. Sean has been with us since day 1. Sean knows Harley's inside and out and takes great pride in his work. Sean is a m.m.i graduate and a Dynojet graduate I took him under my wing and taught him everything that I know and over the years he has mastered the art of building a great harley davidson high performance motor he is also top notch at custom mapping and dyno tuning. Mike is our parts and front end man who is also a M.M.I grad he has been with us for over a year and fits into our team great. My name is Bryan Hagan I opened Iron Thunder Cycles over 5 years ago with my wife Stacy. I saw a need for a shop that cared about the work that they did and not just the money.I have worked on bikes all my life I have been building bikes for over 15 years. I'm a 82nd airborne vet I served in Desert Storm . I was 44b-44e metal fabricator and machinist. I worked on other soldiers bikes because none of us had any money to pay someone to fix it..My bike at the time was a Kawasaki KZ650 ...After I got out of the army I worked for the state military center as a Technician,Welder,Fabricator for 4 years. I then took a job as a technician for Toyota/Lexus as a master ASE Technician I worked there for over 9 years. I got married to stacy "She runs the business don't let me fool you"....... At that time while working for Lexus I ran a side business "Hagan's Mobile Cycle Service" later on it turned into Iron Thunder Cycles LLC and then into what you see today......Since we opened our bikes have been on the cover of "Road Bike" magazine, Center fold for Sept 05 "Road Bike" magazine, Center fold for" American Iron" Magazine. Cover of "US Rider News" along with winning the" Rats Hole" biker build off in Daytona and the Liquid Steel bike show. We took 1st place at the "Easy Rider" show twice and have a Honda Rune that I built last year in the Barber motorcycle Museum and has been the center fold for"Cruizer magazine" Sean and I built a 01 Harley Dyna that held the land speed record for 1600 cc push rod class at a 147 mph with just a 1550 122 HP twin cam motor we built 2 years ago. We have found that simply treating our customers as we would like to be treated and doing good work along with being fair and honest has gone a long way ....It has made us able to grow to 5 times of what we were when we opened ..Please tell your friends about us that's what keeps us busy.......

"Thanks for all the support " bryan and stacy hagan
