Consistent Bottle Pressure:
Bottle Pressure truly is the key to a nitrous oxide system's performance.  In the nitrous industry, it is agreed upon that changes in nitrous pressure drastically changes performance and Horsepower increase.  A nitrous bottle changes pressure depending on the temperature of the nitrous inside the bottle.  When the nitrous oxide is warm, bottle pressure is high.  When its cold, bottle pressure is several hundred PSI lower.

Nitrous Delivery:
BOSS NOSS uses a Direct Inject system to deliver nitrous oxide to your motor.  The Direct Inject method is much more effective than traditional fogging systems.  Nitrous Oxide is directly injected down the throat of each carburetor or intake, making delivery to the motor a sure thing.  Fogger systems hold out hope that nitrous oxide being sprayed into the air box will catch with the positive air flow and be carried to the motor.  BOSS NOSS doesn't leave performance to chance - Direct Inject Nitrous oxide is the only way to get consistent and reliable performance.

Fuel Delivery:
Sending enough auxiliary fuel to your motor to compensate for the Nitrous Oxide is essential for safe use of any Nitrous system.  BOSS NOSS uses a safe, innovative fuel delivery system to ensure that your motor stays safe.

When it comes to fuel injection, BOSS has you covered.  Using the all-new BOSS TFI digital fuel control box, dialing in your fuel injectors has never been easier!  Instead of using the traditional carbureted setup (tapping into the main fuel line), you simply plug the BOSS TFI into your stock injectors.  Once this is done, the BOSS TFI and BOSS NOSS Smart Box can talk to each other.  Right when you hit the nitrous activation switch, the BOSS TFI instantly fattens up your injectors and adds a regulated amount of extra fuel to your motor.

For Carbureted motors, you will tap into your main fuel line on the pressure side of your fuel pump.  Each time your hit your nitrous button, fuel flows through your Smart Box and to our Micro Fuel Manager, which regulates the amount of extra fuel added with the Nitrous.  Fuel is delivered to your carburetor boots through fuel dumps.

Plug Into Performance:
The all-new BOSS EFI uses technology that works hand-in-hand with your stock ECU to maximize speed, power and performance.  Unlike other fuel control boxes, the BOSS EFI uses patented technology that compliments your stock ECU's programming, rather than simply rewriting code.  You'll notice that the BOSS EFI creates a smooth and natural change in fuel delivery.  Whether you're rich on your top end, need a little more throttle response coming off a corner, or require extra fuel after adding a set of twin pipes, the BOSS EFI Fuel Control Box is specifically designed to ensure top notch performance.

In the center of the control box there is a row of lights. The far left light will change colors to let you know what program mode it's in.

FLASHING GREEN LIGHT - Pilot/Cruise Fuel
This mode controls your Pilot/Cruise fuel.  Adjusting the green light to a higher number is the same as increasing your pilot and air fuel mixture screw.

FLASHING YELLOW LIGHT - Needle Slide/Accelerator Pump
This mode controls your Needle Slide position and the amount of fuel added as an Accelerator Pump.  This is a function that is not built into your stock ECU.  When tuned right you will notice an increase in acceleration and better throttle response.

FLASHING GREEN LIGHT - Main Jet (Add Fuel)
This mode allows you to add fuel similar to how a main jet would.  Every light position is similar to adding 5 points on your main jet.

FLASHING GREEN LIGHT - Nitrous Fuel Control
This mode will allow you to add fuel through your injectors while on your nitrous button.  The higher the number setting, the more fuel is added with Nitrous Oxide.

FLASHING GREEN LIGHT - Main Jet (Pull Fuel)
This mode allows you to pull fuel from your Main Jet, in return leaning out your top end.  This keeps your bike running in peak condition when you're flying fast.

FLASHING GREEN LIGHT - Adjustable RPM Setting
This mode allows you to control when your Main Jet comes in.  This function can be used to more easily tune for different porting, pipes and big bores when extra top end fuel is demanded.

  • All kits include aluminum nitrous bottle, aluminum bottle bracket, Smart Box regulator system, 10 HP per cylinder nozzles, 3 foot long stainless/braided nitrous supply hose, arming switch, and all necessary lines and wiring.
  • Carbureted systems also include electric fuel pump and adjustable dial fuel valve.
  • The WPS test Hayabusa recorded 8 tenths of a second quicker ¼ mile times along with a 10 mph gain in terminal trap speed (with the 10 HP nozzles) at high corrected altitude conditions, using the bolt on Boss nitrous system and Boss TFi fuel controller.
  • Available for carbureted and fuel injected 2 and 4 cylinder street bikes. Fuel injected bikes must use Boss TFi fuel controller (order separately).
