It is solid chrome billet with a full sweep tach. We took it and made a tach adapter for the twin coils on a Pag, fit it to the 1 1/4 bars. The problem was in the center of the handle bars Pags are drilled for the wiring to come thru the bars this makes there bars out of round so we made our tach to fit the little over 1 1/4 handle bars.
